Ms. Harlow is an associate attorney with Thomas, Soileau, Jackson & Cole, L.L.P. and a Shreveport native. She graduated from LSU Law School in 2018, where she was Online Articles Editor with the LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources. While in law school, she participated in several clinics and was the recipient of the 2018 CLEA Outstanding Clinic Student award.

Prior to joining the firm in September 2021, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael Nerren and Honorable Charles Jacobs in the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District Court in Bossier and Webster Parishes. Ms. Harlow was also an Assistant Public Defender in the Twenty-Second Judicial District Court in St. Tammany Parish, where she zealously advocated for her clients and sharpened her litigation skills.
